Quadcard/SBC cannot guarantee that accomodations, food, beverages ground transportation, airline, cruise ship of
similar service "herein after only referred to as SERVICE(S)" will be exactly as represented in their promotional literature,
however great care is taken in the contracting of all SERVICES but we cannot be responsible for the errors or omissions of the
supplier(s) of said SERVICES. In the unlikely event that the supplier fails to honor their contract with us, we do reserve
the right to alter, change or cancel any SERVICES, although we cannot be liable for any difference in the quality or enjoyment
except to the extent of a lower value off the substituted service. If Quadcard/SBC is forced to cancel your
holiday,
our liability is limited to a refund of monies received by us.
Travelling outside of Canada - The Ontario Government requires us to advise all travellers "that there may be different living
standards, practices and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accomodations in Canada".
All Flight/Cruising/Coach times are "subject to change" without prior notice. We are not responsible for flight delays, flight
schedule changes, overbooked flights, or missed connections which may result in out of pocket expenses. As we engage the
services of "schedule airline carriers" provided by Carnival for this cruise, such problems occur very infrequently.
Quadcard/SBC reserves the right not to accept or retain anyone on tour whom adversely affects the tour or
overall
enjoyment of other passengers.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES** - PER PERSON
If you cancel 61 days or more prior to departure - penalty is deposit only. If you cancel 46 to 60 days prior to departure -
penalty is 50% of tour cost. If you cancel 31 to 45 days prior to departure - penalty is 75% of tour cost. If you cancel day
of departure to 30 days prior to departure - penalty is 100% of your tour cost - no refund for unused tour services.

only.
